Security in our building is always a priority. C. R. Weeks is now locked 24 hours a day. Entrance to the building must be made through the front doors. There is a door bell located on the right side of the entrance doors. Please ring the bell and once recognized the door will be opened for you. At this time, after school activities will be monitored by those running the after school programs and the responsibility of keeping the doors secure rests upon those individuals. If you are attending an after school program, please arrive promptly so you will be admitted into the building with your group.
All visitors are to report directly to the main office once inside the building. For anyone who has an appointment, it is necessary for you to sign in and receive a visitor's badge to wear during your visit. Parents picking students up at any time during the day or after school must report directly to the lobby area to sign your child out. At the end of the day, we ask that you remain in the front lobby until our students are dismissed. Please remember that school starts at 8:50 a.m. and finishes at 3:30 p.m.
It is very helpful if we know ahead of time when our students need to be dismissed early. Please write a note so we can limit classroom interruptions.
