Welcome to the Online Lottery Registration for Windsor Universal Prekindergarten and Expanded Prekindergarten for Three-Year-Olds Program
2024-2025 LOTTERY REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
The lottery will be held on April 8, 2024.
Placement notifications will be made by Friday, April 12, 2024.
Please see program specific information below. Both programs are funded by grants offered through the New York State Education Department and are contingent on final grant approval. All grant funded slots in the 3PK and 4PK are for district residents only.
By completing this form you are entering the District Lottery for a seat within the 3PK or 4PK Program. If there are seats still available after the resident lottery, a non-resident lottery will be held. In the event the lottery does not result in your child receiving one of the limited seats, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
Programs follow the Windsor Central School District calendar.

Registration Closes: Friday, March 29, 2024
Lottery will be conducted on or about Monday, April 8, 2024 (Lottery will be conducted per NYS grant requirement)
Expanded Prekindergarten for Three-Year-Olds
Student must be three years old on or before December 1, 2024 to be eligible to participate. Space is limited to 54 students. These classrooms are located at Palmer Elementary, Weeks Elementary and Bell Elementary, with hours of operation from 8:45am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Universal Prekindergarten
Student must be four years old on or before December 1, 2024 to be eligible to participate. There are a total of 72 seats available (AF Palmer-18, CR Weeks-18, Bell-36). Hours of operation are 8:45am-3:30pm Monday through Friday.
