The Middle School will not be hosting Haunted Happenings this year - This is a bi-annual event that will take place again next year.
A Board of Education meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 28th in the High School Library. The meeting will begin with a building inspection at 5:00pm, a new teachers recognition at 6:00pm and the regular session immediatley following.

Section IV Class B Champions
Congratulations to the Windsor Golf Team for winning the Section IV Class B Championship at The Links at Hiawatha Landing. This makes back to back Section IV Championships and 3 in 6 years for the Black Knights    
Volleyball Wins 2nd Place
Congratulations to the JV Volleyball team for their impressive 2nd place finish in the Tioga tournament. They had impressive wins over Thomas A. Edison, Spencer Van Etten, Waverly, and Corning and lost a well fought battle to Tioga in the Championship round!  
Medalist Tournament
Senior Matt Ploutz (76, 82) & Junior Nate Wrighter (78, 80) tied for 4th place out of 44 golfers in the Section IV Medalist Tournament at Cornell Universtiy. By fininishing in the top 9, they now move on to compete against the 99 best players in New York in the NYS Public HS Golf Championship. The state championship is June 1st & 2nd, also at Cornell.  
Congratulations to the Windsor Central High School 2014 Valedictorian, Andrew King and Salutatorian, Nicholas Baxter!

The Knights of Distinction
The Knights of Distinction program has been established to honor special individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Windsor Central School District or Graduates who have attained outstanding high school or lifetime achievements. These individuals shall be recognized publicly, and permanently honored at Windsor High School.
