Mock Trial has been competeing at the Binghamton City and Federal courthouses with actual judges rendering verdicts. Students train for approximately 4 months and 3-5 hours per week for competition. The case is given to us by the NYS Bar Association. This year’s case was a criminal case involving the contamination of a towns water supply by a nearby fracking facility. The next trial will be held on March 11th.
