Two Windsor students are now award-winning photographers. Kira Harting won First Place and Grace Deyo Honorable Mention in the Preservation Association of the Southern Tier’s, “Country Style, The Rural Architecture of Broome and Tioga Counties" photo contest. 

The contest judged photos showcasing the rural architecture of Broome and Tioga Counties.  PAST awarded $100 for winning entries from each age group (Adult, Age 14-18, Age 13-and-under) in each county.

All entries are currently exhibited at the new Broome County Arts Council (BCAC) Artisan Gallery, 95 Court Street, Binghamton, opening First Friday, December 7, and continuing through the month of December.
