Voters in the Windsor Central School District passed the district’s proposed capital project by a vote of 198-35.
The $16,300,000 Capital Project, which will have no additional tax impact for local taxpayers, focuses primarily on infrastructure improvements such as boiler and HVAC replacements, roofing, drainage, electrical upgrades, masonry repairs, and other systems that are critical to the long-term health of our buildings.
