Kenneth Williams Set to Speak to Windsor Educators on Professional Learning Communities

Kenneth Williams, an experienced trainer, speaker and coach in education and leadership will speak to teachers from Windsor Central School District and Maine Endwell Central School District on Friday, October 7.

Kenneth Williams will present “Starting a Movement: Building Culture from the Inside-Out in Professional Learning Communities” at the First Baptist Church in Johnson City from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday.  

“Windsor Central School District takes pride in their commitment to be a model Professional Learning Community (PLC),” said Superintendent of Windsor Schools, Jason Andrews. “We are excited to have Ken Williams work with our staff to infuse an even greater energy into the professional collaborations that are already taking place to promote student achievement and learning.” 

Kenneth C. Williams is a former teacher, assistant principal and principal. He shares his experience and expertise as a recognized trainer, speaker, coach and consultant in education and leadership. He is the chief visionary officer of Unfold the Soul, a company dedicated to helping schools live up to their full potentials. Skilled in joining “the why” of our work to “the how” of our work, known for his powerful and engaging combination of ‘heart, humor and hammer,’ Ken is an expert at helping schools build capacity in the collective commitments required of learning for all cultures.
