Windsor Central High School senior Morgan Raymond announced her committment to play hockey at SUNY Cortland Friday. She will be a pre-med student studying Biomedical Sciences.
"I liked the hockey coach a lot. It has both a hockey team and the pre-med major I am looking for," said Raymond.
Raymond, who played five years of varsity field hockey and will play her second season of varsity lacrosse with the Black Knights, is a center for the Syracuse Valley Eagles hockey team. She has won three club state championships with the Eagles.
In addition to her athletic career, Raymond has earned High Honor Roll recognition in each of her four years at WCHS. She is also a member of Student Council.
