The Palmer Walk to School event will take place Tuesday, Nov. 7th. This kick-off event is part of a year-long initiative to encourage more students to walk and bike to school.
There will be a group of Palmer teachers and staff meeting in front of the Community House on Main St. to walk with students that morning. You can join up at 8:20a.m. if you’d like to walk as a group!
You can walk or bike in directly from your house as well. Palmer Elementary recommends that if your child walks or rides their bike, that they live within a mile of the school.
