Windsor’s three elementary schools participated in the district’s 4th annual Kindness Week in February. During that week, students and staff focused on the importance of kindness, empathy and compassion through a variety of special activities.
One of those special activities was partnering with Super Cooper Saves The Day, a non-profit organization that supports families impacted by childhood cancer. Together our three elementary schools donated $1,133.77 to Super Cooper Saves The Day. Local area schools donated a total of $6,490.00.
The district would like to thank all of those who showed kindness by sending in spare change with your children.
