The Windsor Future Farmers of America (FFA) Land Lab Produce Stand is now open. You can get a bunch of radishes freshly pulled today. Students will make sure to leave the greens on for you. Did you know radish greens are a terrific addition to salads, or make a great stir fry, soup, or pesto?

The stand is at the Windsor Central High School Land Lab across the street from WCHS. It will be open, for the time being, Mondays thru Thursdays from 9 -12. If the doors are open, the stand is open.

All donations accepted for produce grown at the Windsor Land Lab go to Windsor FFA.
