Windsor Central High School senior Christian Arsenault earned Akshar All-Star Honors Monday as State Senator Fred Akshar honored Arsenault for overcoming adversity to continue to give back to the community. Arsenault earned his Eagle Scout badge when he was 13. He refurbished the sign and planted a flower bed at Lighthouse Church in Windsor for his Eagle project. He has since helped other Scouts in Windsor and Harpursville with their Eagle projects.  

Arsenault will attend SUNY Cobleskill to study environmental management in the fall.
