8th Graders Clean Up before Vacation

Summer vacation may be upon us but before the break came a day of hard work to better the community for 8th graders at Windsor Central Middle School.

The students painted, weeded, and mulched in the Village Green and Klumpp Park. It was work that didn’t go unnoticed.

"A lady pulled up in a car and thanked us for all our hard work and helping out. It made me feel so good,” said Katelyn Gary.

Other students shared those good feelings.

"It was nice to give back to the community because the community does so much for us," said Lacey Wright.

"It was a very good experience and our class bonded very well," said Kylie Munson.
