Big M Donates to Knight Pack

The Big M delivered 24 brand new backpacks of food from their recent “Best Wishes” food donation drive to the Knight Pack Club. Knight pack provides packages of food for students facing food insecurity.
On November 29, Company representative David Finch presented the packs to officers Alexis Green, President; Andrea Marble and Sydney Feeko, Co- Vice Presidents; Courtney Briggs, Secretary; and Trista Evans, Treasurers. Other Knight Pack Club members also helped bring in and sort the packs.

“It is nice to know that the community is still so supportive of Knight Pack and every donation helps us continue to send the packs home every week,” said Alexis Green.
“A huge thank you goes out to David French and the Windsor Community for their donation. Knight Pack is heading toward a huge milestone of 100,000 food items being sent home, so this was a much appreciated donation,” said teacher Amy Green.
WCHS Honors English classes are also holding a Christmas food drive to benefit Knight Pack. If you would like to donate, you can make checks payable to “Windsor Knight Pack” and send them to the high school.  Non-perishable food items can be dropped off as well.
The Knight Pack Club wishes you Happy Holidays.
