Bell Elementary student council is holding its 3rd Annual Coin Carnival Thursday, March 15 at 6:30pm.  All proceeds/donations benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through the Pennies for Patients Campaign.  The goal this year is to raise $1,200.
