Students of the Windsor Central School District participated in the Teen Institute Conference in Penn Yan, New York.  The conference ran from Thursday afternoon until Sunday at noon.  Jack Gill, a Junior,  served as a youth leader and helpe...d direct activities.  Student attendees were Madelynn Williams, Nick Crumb, and Amina Mohammed.  Activities were centered around anti-drug, anti-bullying and youth empowerment themes.   All who participated were positively impacted by the event.The Heart of New York Teen Institute (T.I.) is a high school peer leadership program that begins with an annual four-day leadership conference.
