Mr. Jason A. Andrews is a graduate of Harpursville Central Schools, received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Secondary Social Studies from SUNY Cortland, a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of New England, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Administration from SUNY Cortland.

Mr. Andrews began his teaching career in the Windsor Central School District as a high school social studies teacher, co-curricular advisor and coach. He served as Middle School Principal at Harpursville Central Schools then returned to Windsor Central Schools to become the Middle School Principal.

Mr. Andrews has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Student Councils representing principals in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland since 2004. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Council on Leadership and Student Activities and the School Administrator’s Association of New York State.

Mr. Andrews has been recognized for his efforts with student leadership by being named the regional advisor of the year in 2002 and the New York State Council on Leadership and Student Activities Administrator of the Year in 2005. In addition, he was a New York State Lottery/WBNG-TV “Educator of the Week” in 2002. He also served on the Board of Education for the Harpursville Central School District from 1993 -2000.

Mr. Andrews was appointed as Superintendent of Schools for the Windsor Central School District effective January 30, 2006.

Mr. Andrews is married and has one son.
